These are all custom, made-to-order items. We do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been placed. 

We do not issue refunds for slight size variate, fitment issues, or slight color variation.
Please note that if authorized, all returned items must be in their original packaging.
The customer will have to pay A 25% re-stocking fee as well as the freight charges, except in the case of a defective item or inaccurate shipments.
Refused deliveries will not be refunded.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Shay Better, LLC within 3 business days of receipt of the order, any request for damaged or missing orders cannot be accepted 4 or more days after delivery.
All returns must be approved by Shay Better, LLC before returning
